HCG Diet Phase Protocol

In preparing veggies, chose only one per serving. The allowed veggies may include celery, red radish, spinach, beet greens, tomatoes, onions, fennel and cabbage.

Phase 3 Maintenance Phase
This is known as the maintenance phase. This last for three weeks and requires that you weigh yourself and monitor your weight on a daily basis. You have to maintain within five pounds from your previously taken weight.
