HCG Diet Phase Protocol

- White fish

In preparing veggies, chose only one per serving. The allowed veggies may include celery, red radish, spinach, beet greens, tomatoes, onions, fennel and cabbage.
Foods to avoid during this phase are:

Phase 3 Maintenance Phase
This is known as the maintenance phase. This last for three weeks and requires that you weigh yourself and monitor your weight on a daily basis. You have to maintain within five pounds from your previously taken weight.
Protein intake should be at least one hundred grams. This three week period is very important in achieving and maintaining your desired weight.
